I believe in the power of counseling to help heal, restore, and encourage a greater understanding of ourselves and our stories. I believe that everyone has the potential to change and improve with encouragement, accountability, and support. I meet clients exactly where they are in their unique journey and help them focus and build on their strengths while working through their challenges.
I received my BA in Psychology at The Ohio State University. I received my MSW at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups of all ages & backgrounds.
Currently my focus has been on supporting teens (ages 16 and up) & adults in individual and group sessions. I also help other Social Workers with clinical supervision and mentor students that are interested in social work, mental health, and wellness.
When I’m not working, I love to explore metro parks with friends, read, color, and spend time with my husband, 4 kids, and our dogs.
