Physical Activity and Mental Health
If you’re in my neck of the woods, you woke up to slushy snow and drizzles. Winter is not my favorite season, but outside is my favorite! I love to go out and get some fresh air and a short walk if it’s not icy or storming.
Physical activity is a mood booster so even a 5-minute walk will make an impact in improving your mood and ultimately, your overall wellness.
For some (like me), going outdoors is like medicine. I can definitely tell when I haven’t had enough outdoor time. Have you had a short walk in the last week?
